From idea to launch, and onward

We define the scope together, move in small deliveries, and keep developing after launch.

    Discovery

    We go through your current workflow, files and goals together. What will not be built is settled here too.

    Scope and proposal

    A phased plan, timeline and price in writing. The first delivery date is fixed at this step.

  3. 03

    Design and prototype

    Screens and flows are verified in a clickable prototype. Direction is approved before code is written.

  4. 04

    Development and testing

    Weekly deliveries, tested with your real data. Every delivery is a working version.

  5. 05

    Launch and continuous development

    Go-live, training and monitoring. Feedback from the field goes into the release plan.

How is pricing for services structured?

Project-based, in writing and phased. We do not quote before the scope is clear; the discovery call is free.

How long until a website goes live?

Usually 2–4 weeks for a corporate site with content ready. For projects with custom applications and integrations the timeline is set together at the scope step.

Where is our data stored?

For our products the default setup is on servers hosted in Turkey; hosting on your own server is also possible. The process complies with KVKK, Turkey’s data protection law.

What do you promise in SEO?

No ranking guarantees. We build technical SEO, page speed, structured data and content architecture, and track results with measurable reports.

How does migration from our existing system work?

We take your site, building, elevator, customer and similar lists in their current format and import them. You can keep using your old files while the migration runs.

Is there support after launch?

Yes. We continue under a maintenance and development agreement; for our products, training and in-app support are included.
